Learning to manage big emotions for the classroom and for life
With funding reductions being made in the education sector, there is a juxtaposition between the number of children with social and emotional needs, and the provision available in schools.
Emotional Resilience Coaching aims to bridge this gap by providing a dedicated and meaningful time for the school and child to prioritise their emotional and social development. We do this by providing specially designed ‘courses’ for children, which address different elements of SEMH. We also offer longer outdoor sessions in our Forest School Field, designed especially for children at risk of exclusion.
Developing strategies to manage emotions early on in life will enable children to be more resilient and better able to cope with the demands of school life.
